| Catatan | Technological developments have influenced a more dominant way of fighting using technology that exposes the Armour Corps's weaknesses. Facing this phenomenon requires strategic steps to make the Armour Corps adaptable to modern warfare. The research aims to analyze posture development, obstacles to posture development, and posture development strategies. The research method uses qualitative methods. The results of the research show that the Posture Development that has been carried out based on the MEF policy is carried out through strength development including: Formation of new security units, procurement of defense equipment, and construction of facilities. Development capability includes training of defense equipment crew personnel as well as conducting interbranch training. During the last few years, a new unit was established. Obstacles and deficiencies encountered include Strength Development Obstacles, including the unit being divided according to the availability of defense equipment, military equipment that needs to be modernized, lack of infrastructure for training facilities. Obstacles to development capability include the quality of human resources requiring adaptation, lack of interbranch operational capabilities, lack of training facilities hampering the implementation of military training. The obstacles to the development of unit degrees currently in place are varied and not ideal. The strategy applied in the development of the Armour Corps Posture of the Indonesian National Army to face Modern War Aims ( Ends ) at improving the quality & quantity of posture. Sarana ( Means ) Pussenkav together with Army Headquarters and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense . Ways : Form a partnership with the domestic defense industry to develop more independent Armour Corps technology. Actively establishing international cooperation to gain access to new technology, resources, and training as well as Armour Corps Degree Studies in developed and modern countries. |
